When should I make my massage appointment?

Walk-ins are not accepted.

What form of payment is accepted?

Cash, card, and Venmo are accepted.

Cash is preferred. 3.5% charge added to card & Venmo payments.

Does Knoxville Massage & Bodywork accept SpaFinder Gift Cards?

Knoxville Massage & Bodywork does not accept SpaFinders Gift Cards.

What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

To respect the time of all clients, Knoxville Massage & Bodywork can only guarantee the set time within the scheduled appointment.

What should I tell my massage therapist at my appointment?

Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a massage is progressing should be addressed directly during the session.

If you have a special request to make your massage more enjoyable such as dimmer lights, softer music, a lighter or heavier touch, an extra blanket, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask.

In addition, you need to communicate any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your massage. This would include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, skin conditions, and allergies.

What is the expected code of conduct for clients?

Mutual respect is expected and given at Knoxville Massage & Bodywork. Inappropriate interaction or discussion of any kind from clients is not okay or tolerated and services with Knoxville Massage & Bodywork will be terminated immediately if this code is breached.

Does Knoxville Massage & Bodywork offer at-home massage visits?

At-home massage services can be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
